Shipping and Returns

Thank you for stopping by my shop and supporting Canadian business.

SHIPPING:  If the product you order is in stock it will be available for local delivery, pick up or delivery within a couple of days.  If it's a custom order for home decor; it will be ready for shipping or pick up within 10 days.   If it's an order for furniture, the timeline will be established when order is placed.  Most furniture cannot be shipped but local delivery and pick up is available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: There are no refunds or returns on orders however, if there is an issue with your order, Uppercase Designs will do everything possible to correct the issue.

LIABILITY: Uppercase Deisgns is not liable or responsible for any injuries that may be caused while using any product purchased.
