Shipping & Delivery

At Uppercase Designs, we take pride in making sure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our shop.

We currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, and Great Britain (England, Wales, and Mainland Scotland).

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–10 business days, although many orders ship sooner. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing (where applicable), weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Uppercase Designs is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to make it right.

Shipping to Great Britain

We currently ship to England, Wales, and Mainland Scotland.

Orders are shipped from Canada.

Important: Orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Customers are responsible for payment of any applicable UK import VAT, customs duties (if applicable), and any carrier handling or customs clearance fees before delivery.

We currently do not ship to:

Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Isle of Man
Jersey
Guernsey
Other offshore UK islands
