We designed all of our products because we love using them ourselves, and we hope you'll love yours just as much.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a refund before they have shipped.

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.

Approved Returns

If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us before returning any item. We'll work with you to find the best solution.

If a return is approved, the entire order must be returned in its original box with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation.

Return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label will be provided. Refunds will be processed after the returned order has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, brokerage fees, customs charges, payment processing fees, and any other non-refundable shipping-related costs will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.
