A Special Note to Our United States Customers
We would like to sincerely thank our customers in the United States for your patience and understanding as we continue working through cross-border shipping challenges. While these matters are still being resolved, we are pleased to share that we are much closer to a long-term solution.
Over the past months, we have taken meaningful steps to improve the shipping process, including changing couriers, revising U.S. Customs documentation multiple times to reduce delays, and working to streamline all documentation so it no longer requires manual handling. These efforts are essential to ensuring orders move smoothly through Customs and arrive in a timely manner. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Our goal is to have all of this in place so we can respond quickly, ship efficiently, and focus our time and energy where it matters most—on producing high-quality products for our customers.
We are hopeful to reopen U.S. shipping during the second week of January, even if only for a limited 24-hour window. We encourage you to watch our website for updates, as any reopening will be announced there first.

As the original creator of the Chunky Blanket Loom worldwide, we take great pride in designing and producing quality pieces that are built to be used, enjoyed, and relied upon. While we always strive for excellence, we also recognize that we’re human—and on rare occasions, something may not be perfect. If that ever happens, please know that we stand behind our work and are committed to making things right. Running a small, family-owned business is both challenging and deeply rewarding. This year, we’ve had the opportunity to speak directly with and form relationships with so many of you.
